Brightly coloured, ready to roll fondant is now available in convenient 250g bricks. Nicoletta has taken all the hassle out of mixing food colours and adding thickeners! These products contain CMC – a hardening agent that begins setting the product in open air. All you need to do is simply knead, roll and cover! Our fondant may also be sculpted, moulded into figurines or embossed with stamps.
