Store at temperatures below 20°C, and humidity below 23%. This product is very hygroscopic (absorbs moisture from the air), and as such please keep an airtight seal in order to preserve the “pop”. This product is packed in foil doy bags and shipped in polystyrene boxes to protect the chocolate from extreme heat.
