Marshmallow frosting is now so easy to make! Just add 100 ml of tepid (room temperature) water and beat to produce the lightest, fluffiest marshmallow frosting, just like Italian meringue, but without the hassle! Use as a filling for cakes or to frost cupcakes, cakes, lemon meringue and baked Alaska. You can pipe it, spoon it and spread it! Use a blowtorch to caramelise and toast the frosting and give it that toasted marshmallow look and flavour.
Marshmallow frosting is a brilliant white frosting that requires NOTHING more than water and a mixer! It takes about 10 minutes of whipping, but the end result is the most luxurious white stiff peak frosting that is just so versatile! You can spoon it spread it, pipe it and torch it!
